Partnering successful Professionals with passionate Students

Mentorship program:

Our program provides students potentially interested in pursuing careers in Science with the 1-on-1 mentorship they need to become more aware of the career options and paths in their field of interest, and the steps they could take now to promote their future success.

These sessions deviate from a traditional “Career Advisement” format in that our mentorship program is NOT intended to advise your student on the correct career path for them. This program partners your student with a successful professional in the field of scientific research who can mentor them through personalized guidance and feedback. This mentorship can include answering questions they may have about the job responsibilities and salary levels specific to various scientific careers, and the important experiences to obtain now to help both inform and guide their career pursuits.

All opportunities are currently available, and conducted virtually. Once COVID-19 resolves and we are back to an in-classroom setting, we will be adjusting our options to include in-person sessions.

“Open Access” Mentorship Days:

In-line with our mission, ASciencePro will host "Open Access" career mentorship events on a quarterly basis. During these events, 1:1 mentorship will be available on a single day for free for 20-minute periods to eligible, registered students. To sign up for an open access mentorship day, please register here and simply select “Open Access” when you finalize registration. Limited availability.

There are a number of students without the financial means to attend our seminars. As accessibility is central to our mission, we make every effort to provide as many financial scholarships as possible. However, this is limited by our non-profit’s pool of resources, which is largely dependent on donations. If you would like to sponsor a student to attend one of our seminars free of cost, donate here!
